Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LinkedIn and Email Marketing Specialist based in Noida. The specialist will oversee the development and execution of LinkedIn and email campaigns, including creating tailored messaging, fostering audience growth, and improving lead generation. They will analyze campaign performance, align strategies with client objectives,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts.

The role also includes researching industry trends, managing email databases, and ensuring compliance with communication guidelines.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, including audience targeting, campaign management, and engagement strategies
- Experience in Email marketing, including crafting compelling messaging, managing databases, and tracking campaign performance
- Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign outcomes and optimize ROI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in qualified networking
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as market research techniques
- Knowledge of compliance standards for email marketing (e.g., GDPR regulations) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
