Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance work as per maintenance schedule on a daily basis.
- Provide necessary support to the processes of the Production and Projects departments on a daily basis.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical units and equipment at the plant for the safety of its occupants.
- Conduct scheduled checks, inspections, and detect any short circuits and electrical malfunctions.
- Repair, replace and refurbish damaged electrical units, sockets, and other parts.
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on the local codes.
- Follow stipulated safety procedures and regulations of working.
- Investigate electrical maintenance complaints, determine nature and extent of the problem,



and recommend remedial measures.
- Attend to breakdowns as and when required.
- Keep proper records/reports of all electrical repair and maintenance works.
- Maintain and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems at the plant.
- Place order for spare parts and maintain an inventory record of the same.
- Carry out meter readings of various equipment with respect to pressure, temperature, et al on a daily basis.
