As a Fresher Electrician, you will support the production and maintenance teams by assisting with electrical wiring, panel assembly, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. This role involves learning to read technical schematics and ensuring that all manufactured towers or machinery meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Assembly: Assist in installing electrical conduit, wiring, and panel boards for tower machinery.

- Wiring & Control Systems: Connect wiring in electrical circuits, motors, and control systems (e.g., switches, relays, sensors).

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent production downtime.

- Troubleshooting: Use tools like multimeters, amp probes, and voltage testers to diagnose basic electrical faults under supervision.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

- Documentation: Maintain records of daily maintenance activities and repairs.

- Blueprint Reading: Learn to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Key Qualifications

- Education:



ITI Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrician Trade.

- Experience: Fresher (0-1 year of experience), Apprenticeship training in manufacturing is a plus.

- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical systems, 3-phase circuits, motors, and electrical tools.

- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work at heights.

- Other: Color vision is necessary (for identifying color-coded wires).
