- Supervise and manage a team of electricians and technicians, including scheduling, training, and mentoring staff
- Plan, organize, and monitor electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects across residential, commercial, or industrial sites
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, electrical codes, and industry standards
- Conduct inspections of electrical work, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical guidance
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, project timelines, and equipment usage
- Promote a safe and clean work environment, implementing risk mitigation strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical experience
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, codes, standards, and emerging technologies
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
