The service technician is responsible for visiting customer locations to install, maintain, and repair company machines such as puff rice machines, noodle-making machines, and paper plate machines. The technician ensures proper functioning of equipment and provides technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities Visit customer sites to install company machines (puff rice, noodle, paper plate machines, etc.). Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues in machines. Perform regular maintenance and servicing to ensure smooth machine operation.

Test machines after installation or repair to ensure proper working condition. Provide basic training to customers on how to operate and maintain the machines. Identify faulty parts and replace or repair components when necessary .

Maintain service reports and documentation after each customer visit.



Coordinate with the office or service team regarding customer complaints and spare parts requirements . Ensure safety procedures are followed during installation and repair work.

Travel to different customer locations as required.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems . Ability to troubleshoot machine problems . Basic understanding of tools and machine components . Positive communication skills with customers . Ability to work independently in field locations .
