Sterile Safequip & Chemicals Limited is a manufacturer of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostic devices. Since 2015, we have specialized in advanced sterilization systems — including Ethylene Oxide (ETO) gas sterilizers and low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizers — for hospitals and medical device manufacturers, along with diagnostic instruments such as ESR Analyzers, Biochemistry Analyzers, and Coagulation Analyzers.

Operating from state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with rigorous quality control, we are certified to ISO 13485:2016, registered with the USFDA, and licensed by CDSCO in India. Our teams manage the complete medical device lifecycle, from design and manufacturing through to installation and servicing.

About the Role

We are hiring ITI and Diploma holders in Electrical Engineering to join our production team as Electrical Panel Wiring Technicians. You will wire, assemble, and test the electrical control panels that power our sterilization equipment, working alongside experienced engineers who will train you from day one.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Ahmedabad facility. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Wire and assemble electrical control panels for sterilization equipment as per approved schematics, layout drawings, and wiring diagrams

Mount and connect components including relays, contactors, terminal blocks, PLCs, and instrumentation

Carry out machine-side wiring, cable routing,



and panel-to-machine interconnection

Perform crimping, lugging, ferruling, and cable termination to company standards

Conduct continuity, insulation, and pre-dispatch testing under supervision

Support installation, commissioning, and routine electrical maintenance at the manufacturing site

Work with engineering and production teams to ensure panels meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and follow all company procedures

Required Qualifications

ITI (Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Sound understanding of basic electrical principles, including single-phase and three-phase systems

Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings

Working knowledge of hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeter usage

Awareness of electrical safety practices and willingness to follow site safety procedures

Attention to detail, positive documentation habits, and the ability to work within a team

Currently based in Ahmedabad and available to work on-site full-time

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Practical training, internship, or apprenticeship in panel manufacturing or machine building

Exposure to PLC or industrial automation panels

Interest in medical device or regulated OEM manufacturing environments
