Role Description The Electrical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kondapuram, responsible for overseeing all electrical systems and infrastructure within the integrated steel plant. The role includes planning, directing, and monitoring electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment and power distribution systems.

The Electrical

Manager will lead a team of electrical technicians and engineers, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and manage troubleshooting of electrical issues in production areas. This position involves collaborating with operations, mechanical, and safety teams, reviewing and improving electrical designs,



and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and company policies.

The Electrical

Manager will also support energy efficiency initiatives, contribute to capital projects, and prepare reports, budgets, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications - Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, with knowledge of industrial electricity principles and applicable standards.

- Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance, including preventive and breakdown maintenance for heavy industrial or steel plant equipment.
- Experience in Electrical Design for plant systems, including selection and specification of electrical components and systems.
- Practical knowledge of Power Distribution, including substation operations, transformers, switchgear, and safety practices.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in steel, metals, or heavy process industries in a leadership or supervisory electrical role.
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage contractors, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kondapuram and be available for plant operations support as required.
