Position: Electrical Fitter

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and skilled Electrical Fitters to join our team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The selected candidates will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, assemble, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, wiring, and control panels.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure proper functioning of motors, switches, relays, contactors, MCBs, MCC panels, and other electrical components.
- Carry out cable laying, termination, and panel wiring as required.
- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Follow all electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.




- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI (Electrician/Electrical Fitter/Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers & Experienced are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant industrial experience will be given preference.

Desired Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and industrial wiring.
- Understanding of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve electrical faults.
- Familiarity with electrical tools and testing instruments.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and at different project locations, if required.

Experience
- 0 – 3 + years
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome.
