Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee the electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment used in our industrial furnaces. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heat treatment furnace operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring minimal downtime of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine electrical maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of heat treatment furnaces and related equipment.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of PLC, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and temperature controllers.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with the mechanical maintenance team during furnace overhauls or breakdowns.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and generate service reports.




- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company protocols.
- Support furnace installation, testing, and commissioning as needed.
- Provide technical guidance for process improvements and energy efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 1-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the furnace or heat treatment industry.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Industrial furnaces and heating elements
- PLCs, SCADA systems, and automation
- VFDs, contactors, relays, and motor controls
- Temperature and process control instrumentation
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Worked with heat treatment plants, sealed quench furnaces, or continuous furnaces.
- Hands-on experience in industrial automation systems.
