Department: Electrical & Industrial Automation Position Overview
MNCAS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Automation Engineer to handle electrical design, automation programming, panel systems, machine integration, testing and site commissioning for industrial automation projects. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical control and automation systems.
PLC programming, troubleshooting and system modification.
HMI and SCADA development and configuration.
VFD, Servo Drive and Motor Control integration.
Electrical control panel design, wiring and testing.
Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, BOMs and documentation.
Selection of electrical and automation components.
Perform machine wiring, cable routing, termination and harnessing.
Conduct panel inspection, testing and troubleshooting.
Support machine assembly and automation integration.
Perform FAT, SAT and functional testing.
Handle machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related breakdowns.
Coordinate with mechanical, design, production and project teams.
Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
