Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and execute all electrical works for high-rise residential and commercial building projects.

Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, cable trays, power distribution, lighting, UPS, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

Coordinate with Civil, MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of electrical works.

Review electrical drawings, BOQs, SLDs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Monitor subcontractors, manpower, material consumption, and site progress while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities for inspections, approvals, and successful project execution.

Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Identify and resolve technical issues while maintaining cost-effective execution.

Requirements B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.





Minimum 7+ years of core electrical engineering experience in high-rise residential and commercial building construction projects.

Solid technical knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, DG sets, power distribution, electrical panels, cable management, lighting systems, earthing, and lightning protection.

Experience in electrical testing, commissioning, and handing over of building projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and interpretation of electrical drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).

Sound knowledge of relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and quality procedures.

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage site execution independently.
