Role Description The Electric Vehicle Assembly Expert will be responsible for overseeing and executing the assembly of electric vehicles, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design and engineering teams, interpreting assembly drawings, organizing components and subassemblies, performing mechanical and electrical fitment, and conducting functional checks on completed vehicles. The role involves implementing process improvements on the shop floor, training assembly technicians,



documenting assembly procedures, and supporting root-cause analysis for production issues.

The Electric Vehicle Assembly

Expert will also collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to resolve component-related concerns and maintain efficient production workflows. This is a full-time, on-site role based in India.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in electric vehicle assembly processes, including mechanical fitment, electrical wiring, and system integration.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.

Knowledge of EV components such as battery packs, motors, controllers, BMS, and charging systems.

Experience with quality control methods, inspection procedures, and troubleshooting assembly defects.

Familiarity with workplace safety standards, use of assembly tools, and adherence to EHS guidelines.

Practical experience in automotive or EV manufacturing, preferably in assembly or production engineering.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Capability to guide and train technicians, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document processes clearly.

Willingness to work in office in India and adapt to evolving technologies and assembly methodologies in the EV sector.
