Industry: Agrochemical Manufacturing

Position: EHS Officer

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred

Experience: 2–5 Years (Chemical/Agrochemical/Pesticide/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry) CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Implement EHS policies and statutory compliance

Conduct safety inspections, audits & risk assessments (HIRA/JSA)

Monitor environmental compliance & hazardous waste management

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Conduct safety training, mock drills & awareness programs

Maintain EHS documentation and compliance reports

Ensure contractor safety and emergency preparedness

Required Skills:

Knowledge of EHS regulations

Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation

Fire & Emergency Response

Robust Communication & Report Writing

MS Office Proficiency
