Role Description The Education Counsellor role at Exlearn Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Education

Counsellor will guide prospective and current learners in selecting suitable courses and learning pathways aligned with their academic background, interests, and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining program offerings, admission processes, and learning outcomes, and supporting learners in making informed decisions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of counseling interactions,



collaborating with the academic and marketing teams to improve learner engagement, and participating in events or workshops to promote Exlearn’s programs.

The Education

Counsellor will also follow up with inquiries, provide ongoing support to enrolled learners, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand academic programs and learning pathways.

Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners toward suitable courses and career options.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.

Candidates should ideally have experience or interest in technology education, such as Cloud, Data, AI, or related fields.

Relevant academic background in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related discipline is beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed learner records is preferred.

Prior experience in academic advising, training institutes, or education-focused roles is an advantage.
