Job Opening for: Education Counsellor

Exp: 4-10 yrs (overseas education preferred)

NOTE : This position is specifically for candidates with experience in International Education Counselling (Abroad Studies). We kindly request applicants from school teaching, psychology internships, or general teaching backgrounds to apply only if they have relevant experience in this domain.

Myaar Globus is a rapidly growing global education company connecting students with leading universities across Australia, UK, Canada, USA, Europe, UAE, and Asia.

We are looking for a commercially minded Counsellor who is passionate about helping students achieve their international education goals while actively contributing to business growth.

This is not a traditional counselling role. The successful candidate will be responsible for student recruitment, business development, partnership building, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities

✅ Guide students through admissions, applications, visas, and enrolment processes

✅ Convert enquiries into enrolled students

✅ Develop relationships with sub-agents, referral partners, coaching centres, schools, and colleges

✅ Generate student enquiries through networking and business development activities





✅ Attend education fairs, seminars, webinars, and industry events

✅ Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective students and referral partners

✅ Maintain CRM records and reporting standards

What we are looking for

✔ Experience in international education counselling

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Business development or sales experience preferred

✔ Target-driven and commercially focused

✔ Ability to generate business through direct and referral channels

✔ Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
