Excellent communication skills Role Description The EDTECH Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to introduce Design Indian’s EdTech solutions to prospective learners and institutional clients. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations over phone or video, following up on inquiries, and guiding prospects through the enrollment or purchase process.
The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The specialist will also handle customer queries, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and support high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills,
with experience converting prospects into paying customers.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including explicit spoken and written English and the ability to explain technical products simply.
Experience in EdTech or education-related products is preferred, with an understanding of learner and institution needs.
Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting dashboards.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work with targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
