We’re seeking a hungry, client-first Business Development Associate to drive enrolment growth and expand our reach across key Indian markets.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, engage, and convert educational institutes, corporate L&D; teams, and career counsellors into partnership channels for certification programmes.
- Conduct end-to-end sales cycles—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery and contract closure—using CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho.
- Represent Mindtel at career fairs, campus drives, and industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads across Tier 1 & 2 cities.
- Collaborate with marketing to co-create localized campaigns, referral programs, and conversion funnels using LinkedIn,



WhatsApp Business, and SMS.
- Track KPIs (lead-to-close rate, CAC, pipeline velocity) and report weekly to the BD Head with data-backed insights for process improvement.
- Onboard and train regional partners, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, pricing strategy, and student success metrics.
