Key Responsibilities

- Call editor leads generated through Meta/Facebook advertisements and explain the Meetrub Editor Matchmaking Service.

- Share the screening test link and encourage candidates to complete it as soon as possible.

- Follow up with editors who have not completed the screening test.

- Answer candidate questions and handle objections professionally.

- Onboard editors who successfully pass the screening process.

- Collect and verify editor information including skills, experience, software proficiency, availability, city and salary expectations.

- Build long-term relationships with editors and keep them engaged with Meetrub.

- Post upcoming hiring opportunities, announcements and updates in the WhatsApp editor community.





- Maintain an accurate database of all editor leads and their current status.

- Prepare daily activity reports and update CRM/Google Sheets.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi communication; basic English.

- Confident phone calling and relationship building.

- Robust follow-up discipline.

- Persuasion and objection handling.

- Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail and WhatsApp Business.

- Organized, accountable and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
