Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize Freyja’s online sales channels and digital storefronts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, coordinating online promotions, and ensuring accurate and appealing product content. The role involves analyzing website performance, conversion metrics, and customer behavior to improve user experience and sales.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to support campaigns, respond to customer inquiries,



and maintain a seamless end-to-end online shopping journey.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid E-Commerce and Sales skills for managing online catalogs, driving conversions, and supporting revenue growth.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to shipment, customer interactions, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams.

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and recommend improvements to site performance and campaigns.

Relevant experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and basic knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is beneficial.

A background in fashion, retail, or tech startups, along with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, handle multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
