We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our UK e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online sales, managing commercial budgets, leading high-performing teams, and owning the overall brand strategy.

This role requires an individual with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall e-commerce strategy and operations for the UK market.

Own the commercial performance, revenue targets, budgets, and profitability of the online business.

Take complete ownership of the brand, ensuring a consistent customer experience across all digital channels.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing e-commerce team while driving a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to achieve business objectives.

Monitor sales performance, website metrics, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Develop promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and online merchandising plans.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to drive continuous improvement and innovation.





Present business performance, commercial updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Retail.

Demonstrated experience managing commercial budgets, P&L;, and revenue growth.

Strong experience in people leadership, coaching, and performance management.

Experience with brand ownership and developing customer-centric growth strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with UK-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Solid analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

MBA is an added advantage.
