- The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) - Food & Beverage Service is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, lounges, and outdoor catering. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, revenue growth, profitability, and compliance with brand standards while leading and developing high-performing F&B; teams.

- Experience: 15-18 Years

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

- MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Hospitality Management will be an added advantage.
