We are looking for a highly energetic, smart, and tech-savvy Engineering + Management Graduate who will work directly with senior leadership as an Management Executive Assistant.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to learn business operations, leadership, strategy, and execution firsthand.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling emails, calendars, meetings, coordination with multiple teams, research assignments, reporting, and various business-critical tasks on behalf of management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage emails, calendars, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and MIS dashboards
- Conduct research and data analysis using AI tools
- Handle business communications and documentation
- Track projects and ensure timely execution
- Support management in day-to-day decision-making and operations
- Liaise with multiple departments and vendors

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong command of AI tools such as Claude, n8n, vercel etc.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

Preferred Profile

- Engineering graduate with 1-2 years experience with outstanding academic records.
- Btech/MBA from reputed institutes .
- Candidates who have won competitions, hackathons, business events, or case study challenges
- Students who have worked in college placement cells, student councils, or leadership positions
- Strong extracurricular achievements
- Candidates eager to learn and grow rapidly
