- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and address risks or issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project updates.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality standards.
- Document project processes and outcomes.
- Support the team in achieving goals.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience (10 -15 years) managing end-to-end programs in the insurance/BFSI space.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
- Confidence in working with cross-functional teams.
