Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end online sales operations for a healthcare / wellness / nutraceutical brand. The role requires strong execution experience across Amazon India and Quick Commerce platforms, with exposure to Tata 1mg and Shopify being a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Platform Management

Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon India, Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Tata 1mg), and Shopify D2C

Handle catalog setup, listing optimization, pricing, inventory sync, and platform compliance

¢ Manage onboarding, documentation, audits, and platform escalations

Sales, Promotions & Growth

¢ Plan and execute platform-specific promotions and campaigns

¢ Coordinate pricing, offers, and product launches

¢ Track performance metrics such as sales, conversions, ROAS, and visibility

¢ Work with platform KAMs and marketing teams to drive growth

Inventory, Supply Chain & Fulfilment

¢ Coordinate inventory planning, replenishment, and stock health

¢ Monitor fill rates, SLA adherence, returns, damages, and expiries

¢ Work closely with 3PL and internal supply chain teams

Compliance & Healthcare Execution





¢ Ensure compliance with healthcare and nutraceutical regulations

¢ Manage correct labels, claims, images, and documentation

¢ Coordinate with QA and regulatory teams for approvals and rejections

Reporting & Analytics

¢ Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on sales, margins, inventory, and ROI

¢ Provide insights to improve efficiency and profitability

Cross-Functional Coordination

¢ Act as SPOC between internal teams and external platforms

¢ Support recent product launches and platform expansion

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have

¢ 58 years of e-commerce experience in India

¢ Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central

¢ Experience with Quick Commerce platforms

¢ End-to-end e-commerce ownership for a healthcare or wellness company

Good to Have

¢ Experience with Shopify D2C

¢ Exposure to Tata 1mg workflows

¢ Experience with regulated products (supplements, OTC)

¢ Familiarity with Amazon Ads and platform visibility tools
