Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations across all Quick Commerce platforms.

Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability by planning and executing platform-specific strategies.

Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and dark stores to ensure optimum product availability and minimize stock-outs.

Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and procurement teams for timely replenishment and order fulfillment.

Track daily sales, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and key performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, offers, and seasonal sales activities.

Analyze sales reports, customer buying patterns, and platform analytics to identify growth opportunities.

Resolve operational issues related to listings, pricing, inventory, payments, claims, and product availability.

Required

Skills

Solid understanding of Quick Commerce business models and operations.

Hands-on experience with Blinkit,



Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Knowledge of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain coordination.

Experience in handling product launches, promotional campaigns, and category growth.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Quick Commerce account management, e-commerce operations, or marketplace management.

Prior experience handling platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Fresh, or similar quick commerce channels is mandatory.
