Job Role
We are looking for a energetic E-commerce & Quick Commerce Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in managing marketplace accounts, driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and scaling business across Amazon and Quick Commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central and Quick Commerce accounts (Blinkit & Swiggy Instamart).
- Drive sales growth through marketplace strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Create and optimize product listings using SEO best practices.
- Improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and account health.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Design, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce and Quick Commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing Blinkit and/or Swiggy Instamart accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Listing SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
