Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth and manage the company's presence across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the FMCG industry with expertise in marketplace management, digital sales, and online business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, and other online channels.
- Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization across platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, order fulfillment, and stock availability.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and marketplace metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketplace account managers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




- Work closely with marketing teams to improve product visibility and online brand presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and key stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years in E-Commerce, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Hands-on experience managing major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplace operations and digital commerce.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage/Consumer Products.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
