E-Commerce Integration Specialist

YOUR TASKS The ideal candidate is a Solutions Engineer / Integration Specialist with B2B E-Commerce experience, capable of discussing API architecture with developers in the morning and customer business processes with sales teams in the afternoon. They combine technical integration expertise with strong stakeholder management skills and can become the digital integration expert supporting global customer growth initiatives.

Position Summary

›The function will support the Global E-Commerce Sales Team by designing, implementing, and maintaining digital integrations between the company's systems and customer platforms.

›

›The role focuses on enabling automated business processes through APIs, stock feeds, pricing interfaces, and other digital data exchanges.

›

›The function will collaborate with customers, internal IT teams, ERP specialists, and global sales teams to ensure seamless digital connectivity and support the company's digital commerce growth strategy.

›

›This position is based in India and operates as part of the Global E-Commerce organization, supporting customers and stakeholders across multiple regions.

Main Responsibilities

›Customer Integration Projects





•Lead technical onboarding of customers for B2B digital integrations.

•Analyze customer requirements for automated ordering processes.

•Define and document interface specifications.

•Coordinate integration projects between customers and internal technical teams.

•Support customer testing, validation, and go-live activities.

›API Development & Management

•Design, develop, and maintain RESTful API integrations.

•Support API-based order transmission.

•Implement customer interfaces for:

◦Order status requests

◦Product information

◦Inventory availability

◦Pricing requests

◦Customer-specific catalogs

•Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues.

•Identify opportunities to automate customer transactions.

•Reduce manual processing through digital workflows.

•Improve data quality and transaction efficiency.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Professional Experience

Minimum

3+ years experience in:

API integration

System integration

E-Commerce technology

B2B digital commerce

Preferred

Experience working with international customers.

Experience supporting global sales organizations.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution.
