About the Role

Blue Tea India is looking for a proactive E-commerce Logistics Associate to manage logistics operations across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and other e-commerce platforms . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace logistics, order processing, shipment coordination, inventory reconciliation, and seller panel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for marketplace orders across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment dispatch.
- Monitor order status, shipment tracking, delivery performance, and marketplace SLAs.
- Handle shipment exceptions, NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), RTO (Return to Origin), cancellations, and customer delivery escalations.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Work on marketplace seller panels to monitor order health, shipment performance, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain inventory synchronization and coordinate stock transfers to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
- Track marketplace logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines and reduce logistics costs.
- Prepare daily operational reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, shipping guidelines, and performance metrics.




- Support operations during sales events and high-volume order periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace logistics or marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience managing logistics for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra, or similar marketplaces.
- Good understanding of marketplace order lifecycle, seller operations, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience handling RTO, NDR, shipment tracking, returns, reverse logistics, and delivery escalations.
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels and order management systems.
- Working knowledge of courier partners and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Reporting).
- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple marketplaces.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of marketplace SLA management and seller performance metrics.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce brands is an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements.
