Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

JOB BRIEF To be responsible for managing and growing the company's presence across various e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms. The role includes product listing, order management, inventory coordination, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, customer support, sales analysis, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, and the company website.

Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and keywords for better visibility.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.

Process and track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts across online marketplaces.

Monitor pricing and competitor activities to maximize sales performance.

Generate sales reports, analyze marketplace performance, and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Support for seamless operations.





Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high seller ratings.

Resolve marketplace issues, customer queries, and account-related concerns promptly.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline

Technical Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience: 2–5 Years in E-Commerce Operations, Online Marketplace Management, or Digital Sales.

BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, GeM, and other online marketplaces.

Experience in product listing, catalog management, and inventory management.

Knowledge of order processing, returns management, and customer support.

Good analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and performance analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce seller panels.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Robust organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
