Business Development: Identify recent growth opportunities across marketplaces. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue. Build relationships with marketplace account managers for better support and visibility. Claims & Dispute Management: Handle claims related to returns, damages, and reimbursements. Coordinate with marketplaces to resolve disputes efficiently. Maintain accurate records of claims and settlements.

Sales

Development & Analytics: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends. Implement SEO-friendly product descriptions and keyword optimization. Suggest bundle offers, discounts, and campaigns to boost conversions. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing,



logistics, and customer support teams. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Provide insights for product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.

Internet Proficiency: Comfortable with email communication and online portals.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in eCommerce (preferred).

Communication: Ability to read and write clearly in English and Hindi.
