We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online store and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms. Update product details, pricing, images, and inventory. Process and manage customer orders from placement to delivery. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch. Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability. Handle order-related customer queries and returns. Generate basic sales and order reports.
Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management. Solid organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
