Prockured is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online product listings, marketplace operations, inventory updates and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities • Create, update and manage product listings on the company website and e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, prices and categories.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability regularly.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse and operations teams for order fulfilment.
- Manage online orders, cancellations, returns and delivery-related updates.
- Update product and order information in Prockured's custom-built management software.
- Optimise product titles, descriptions, tags and keywords for better visibility.
- Review product images and ensure catalogue quality and consistency.
- Track pricing, offers and competitor listings.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on listings, orders,
inventory and sales performance.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, pricing issues and missing product information.
- Support promotional campaigns and other e-commerce activities.
Skills Required • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online product listing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of inventory and order management.
- Positive written communication and product-content skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new tools and software.
