E-Commerce Assistant (Shopify & Digital Marketing)

About Us

Jazz By Kanika is a premium fashion and jewellery brand dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior E-commerce Executive to manage our Shopify store, support digital marketing activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

- Upload new products on Shopify.
- Create and manage product variants.
- Configure and update Shopify metafields.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Update homepage banners and website content.
- Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and visually appealing.

Digital Marketing

- Assist in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Track advertising performance and ROAS.

Content Management

- Write clear and engaging product descriptions.
- Perform basic on-page SEO for products and collections.
- Generate product images and videos using AI tools provided by the company.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s quality standards.

Operations

- Manage and process customer orders through Shopify.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Provide a brief daily verbal update on completed tasks and ongoing work.
- Track and report ROAS and campaign performance.
- Report website issues, inventory discrepancies, or operational concerns.

Reporting





- Provide a brief daily verbal update on completed tasks and ongoing work.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Shopify.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong written English.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Shopify metafields.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and image/video generation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Shopify, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with relevant Shopify knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
