About the Role

As an E-Commerce Executive, you'll work closely with our Marketplace and Operations teams to support the day-to-day management of leading global e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and learning the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

- Support product listing creation, updates, and catalog management across marketplaces.
- Monitor product availability, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure product information is accurate and updated.

Account Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketplace operations.
- Assist in resolving marketplace-related issues.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Track sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records and operational trackers.

Customer & Marketplace Support
- Handle marketplace queries and coordinate issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain high standards of customer and client satisfaction.

Process Improvement
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.




- Learn marketplace best practices and contribute to process optimization.

Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates (Any Bachelor's Degree).
- Candidates with internship or project experience in E-commerce, Operations, or Customer Support are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of online shopping platforms and digital commerce.
- Comfortable working with data and reports.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
