About the Role We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Advertising Executive who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Nykaa Ads, Blinkit Ads, and other quick-commerce advertising platforms. The candidate should be data-driven and capable of improving product visibility, sales, and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplaces.
- Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other ad formats.
- Monitor daily advertising performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Improve product rankings through advertising and marketplace optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ACoS/ROAS targets.
- Analyze advertising reports and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives, banners, and product listings.
- Identify opportunities to increase conversions and reduce advertising costs.
- Stay updated with marketplace advertising policies and new features.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Ads Console and Flipkart Ads Manager.




- Experience with Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplace advertising platforms.
- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, ACoS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and TACoS.
- Experience with keyword research and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Certifications in Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, or Meta Ads are an added advantage.
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, fashion, FMCG, or D2C brands is preferred.
