Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closure.
- Review journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and inventory levels to optimize cash flow.
Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
- Review ageing reports and follow up on overdue receivables.
- Ensure timely vendor reconciliations and payment processing.
- Customer ledger reconciliations.
Team Management
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Allocate work, review performance, and provide training to team members.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
ERP & Process Improvement
- Ensure proper utilization of ERP/accounting software.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Strengthen internal controls and documentation procedures.
Coordination
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Experience
- 4– 6years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
Technical Skills
- Tally ERP / Tally Prime/ or any ERP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- Knowledge of financial reporting and MIS preparation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
