- ; Ensure planning and procurement of Direct materials, timely release of Purchase orders and conduct materials follow-up to align with the production plan
- ; Ensuring that planning data on the ERP system is accurate, continuously reviewed and adapted to current scenarios
- ; Make sure safety stocks are maintained at appropriate level, not exceeding the divisional inventory limit/targets
- ; Quarterly review and adjust the safety stock level with respect to forecast/demand.
- ; Responsible for ongoing management of purchasing strategy and activity and ensuring optimal supplier performance
- ; Manage the MRP module of the ERP System, maintaining periodic forecasts and using its tools to manage material deliveries
- ; Govern processes to improve planning parameters and replenishment strategies
- ; Manage changing scenarios like seasonality, forecast changes, supply chain disruptions and deploy the necessary changes
- ; Ensure that Cycle count is conducted every week, analysis is carried out for stock discrepancy and system adjustment in line with the Procura policy
- ; Efficiently follow escalation route within the organization
- ; Take proactive measures to prevent/reduce material shortages
- ; Create returns, requisitions for delivery notes and credit notes
- ; Ensure timely supplier payments
- ; Have strict control on the "internal control" parameters
- ; Focus on optimal logistic costs

; Experience requirements
- ; 10-15 years in Planning Procurement in a Global Organisation
; Knowledge
- ; Structured and process knowledge

- ; Sound knowledge of ERP systems and an advance competence of MS Office application Excel Power BI
- ; Good Knowledge of Commercial Terms understanding of supply chain management and inventory management
