We are looking for a skilled DTP Operator with 3 to 5 years of experience in the publishing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and formatting print-ready books, brochures, and marketing materials. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must. Experience with CorelDRAW will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Design and layout books, covers, and promotional material as per brand guidelines.

2- Format manuscripts, images, and illustrations into final print-ready files.

3- Ensure all files are accurate and compliant with printing standards.

4- Collaborate with editors, designers, and printers to meet project deadlines.

5- Make corrections and revisions based on feedback from editorial and design teams.

6- Maintain an organized archive of all designs and files.

Required Skills:

1- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

2- Robust understanding of typesetting, formatting, and print production standards.

3- Basic knowledge of file conversions and printing specifications (CMYK, bleed, resolution).

4- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

5- Good communication and time management skills.
