- Draft, review, and vet debenture transaction documents, including Debenture Trust Deed, Trustee Agreement, Information Memorandum, and Security Documents.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with clients, legal counsels, and internal teams for transaction execution.
- Review security creation documents and monitor ROC/CERSAI filings.
- Handle legal queries and support security enforcement under applicable laws such as SARFAESI and IBC.
- Maintain transaction records and ensure compliance with trust deed obligations.
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in debt transactions, banking & finance, or trustee services.
- Robust knowledge of the Companies Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC, ROC, and CERSAI.
- Excellent drafting, document review, and legal research skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
