Role Description The Driver Recruiter role at MetroRide Kids is a full time, on-site position based in Secunderābād. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding driver partners who meet the company’s stringent safety and quality standards for kids’ transportation. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment pipelines, conducting interviews and background verifications,



coordinating training and orientation, and ensuring compliance with relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

The Driver

Recruiter collaborates with operations and safety teams to maintain adequate driver capacity, support retention initiatives, and address driver-related concerns. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, providing clear communication to driver partners, and representing MetroRide Kids’ values of safety, reliability, and sustainability.

Qualifications

Knowledge of DOT Regulations and other relevant transportation and safety compliance standards.

Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Driver Retention, preferably in mobility, logistics, or transportation-focused roles.

Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with driver partners and internal teams.

Customer Service mindset with the ability to build trust, resolve concerns, and represent the brand professionally.

Experience in high-volume recruiting or fleet management is beneficial.

Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād, manage local recruitment activities, and travel locally as needed.

Proficiency with basic digital tools and recruitment platforms; comfort working with technology-driven processes.

Relevant education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
