About the Role The Payroll Administrator is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing payroll requests for both internal employees and consultants. The team mission is to Prepare, Provide, and Problem Solve by supporting corporate and sales offices through exceptional service, communication, and payroll accuracy.

Key Responsibilities - Process payroll requests for internal and contract employees on a weekly basis.

- Manage payroll-related data entry, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Answer employee payroll questions and resolve payment issues.
- Gather, calculate, and input payroll data to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Maintain knowledge of payroll policies, procedures, labor laws, and tax regulations.
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, HR, and Verification teams.
- Create and process payroll files under strict deadlines.
- Support cross-department training and shadowing sessions.
- Mentor and train new Payroll Administrators.




- Assist with payrolls for self-employed pay groups Qualifications & Skills - Robust customer service background.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Professionalism, analytical thinking, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage confidential payroll information.

Requirements - Bachelor's Degree.
