Overview

We are seeking experienced independent consultants with deep industry expertise to support strategic consulting engagements on a project basis. Consultants will contribute domain knowledge, validate strategic recommendations, interpret market trends, and provide practical insights that strengthen client outcomes.

This is not a full-time employment opportunity. Consultants will be engaged based on project requirements and industry relevance.

Participate in client discovery workshops and business diagnostic sessions.

Conduct industry and market analysis relevant to assigned consulting engagements.

Provide category-specific insights, trends, benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.

Identify emerging opportunities, market gaps, and industry risks.





Validate strategic recommendations with practical industry experience.

Support market sizing, demand estimation, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning.

Evaluate business models, go-to-market strategies, pricing approaches, and distribution frameworks.

Collaborate with Magsmen consultants during research, analysis, and solution development.

Review consulting reports, strategic frameworks, and executive presentations from a domain perspective.

Present findings and recommendations during client meetings whenever required.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are preferred.

Minimum 8 to 15 years of professional experience within the respective industry.

Prior experience in consulting, business strategy, leadership, research, or transformation initiatives will be an advantage.

Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to convert industry knowledge into actionable business recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Comfortable working with founders, CXOs, business owners, and senior leadership teams.
