Medical Director ( MD Anaestheisa ) Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following qualifications relevant to their specialty:

MBBS from a recognized institution (Mandatory)

MD/MS/DNB/DM or equivalent Super Specialty qualification in the respective discipline

Valid State Medical Council Registration (Preferred) Experience

2–15 years of post-qualification clinical experience in the relevant specialty.

Proven expertise in diagnosis, treatment, and specialty-specific procedures. Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient and inpatient medical care.

Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients using evidence-based clinical practices.

Perform specialty-specific procedures and surgeries where applicable.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.





Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/HIS) and clinical documentation.

Adhere to hospital protocols, quality standards, infection control practices, and statutory regulations.

Participate in emergency care, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Provide patient and family counselling while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Sound clinical judgment and decision-making ability.

Commitment to patient-centric, ethical medical practice.

Proficiency in EMR/HIS documentation.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
