We are looking for a responsible and experienced DM Plant Operator to operate and maintain the Demineralization (DM) Water Plant. The candidate should ensure uninterrupted production of high-quality DM water and perform routine maintenance while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor the DM Plant on a daily basis.
- Maintain the required quality of DM water.
- Perform regeneration of cation, anion, and mixed bed units.
- Monitor plant parameters such as flow, pressure, conductivity, and pH.
- Record daily operational readings and maintain logbooks.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic plant issues.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure proper chemical handling and storage.
- Follow safety standards and company SOPs.
- Maintain housekeeping in the plant area.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Intermediate or equivalent qualification.




- 1–3 years of experience in operating a DM Plant (Freshers may also apply if trained).
- Basic knowledge of water treatment processes.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of RO and ETP/STP systems is an added advantage.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of safety practices in industrial plants.
