Salary & Benefits

- CTC: ₹4.2 – ₹6.5 LPA
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Fuel & Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000/month

Responsibilities

- Individual Contributor Role
- Generate new leads and acquire customers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct field visits and product demonstrations.
- Build relationships with Farmers, Dealers, Distributors, and Channel partners.
- Manage customer follow-ups and payment collections.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in Agritech, irrigation, pumps, electrical, or related sectors preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Mandatory Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-driven.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
