Primary Responsibility :

1. Dealer & Distributor Network Management

- Manage and expand network of 1,00,000+ dealers and 2,000 distributors across India
- Ensure active engagement and regular billing from dealers
- Identify inactive dealers and drive reactivation plans
- Strengthen distributor performance and accountability

2. Dealer Productivity & Revenue Growth

- Increase per dealer billing (PDB) and monthly active dealers
- Drive repeat orders and improve secondary sales
- Monitor dealer-wise performance and create action plans
- Implement structured targets for distributors and dealers

3. Scheme Planning & Execution

- Design and execute dealer incentive schemes, trade offers, and promotions
- Track ROI of schemes and ensure profitability
- Launch seasonal and performance-based schemes
- Ensure proper communication and adoption of schemes in the market

4. Dealer Tours & Market Visits• Plan and execute dealer tours, meets, and engagement programs

- Conduct regular market visits with distributors and sales team
- Build strong relationships with key dealers
- Gather market intelligence (competition, pricing, demand trends)

5. Distribution Expansion

- Identify new markets and appoint new distributors/dealers




- Ensure strong presence in high-potential territories
- Drive rural and semi-urban penetration

6. Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and billing teams
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch
- Resolve dealer/distributor complaints quickly

7. Data & Performance Tracking

- Track KPIs like:

o Active dealers %

o Dealer productivity (billing per dealer)

o Distributor performance o Scheme effectiveness

- Use CRM/ERP tools for reporting and decision-making

Requirements

- Ability to manage large dealer network at scale
- Expertise in scheme design & execution
- Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decisions)
