Role Overview

Department: Dispatch & Warehouse Operations

Objective: Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality processing, packing, verification, and dispatch of orders while maintaining seamless communication with sales and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Tagging & Order Processing

Execute tagging tasks properly and manage duty times and order quantities.

Handle emergency orders from the warehouse by generating Purchase Orders (POs) and processing stock-outs directly from the shop.

Inventory & Stock Management

Pending Clearance: Cross-check whether purchases from outside are taken with approval from BH (SABIK) via courier, airport, HD, or international channels.

Stock Point: Respond rapidly and accurately when inquiries are made regarding stock availability.

Expiry & Maintenance: Conduct weekly expiry checks and maintain hygiene standards across the floor, racks, displays, and packing staff areas (covering pending clearances, stock status, and other items).

Packing & Box Perfection

Cross-check box perfection thoroughly before closing any boxes.





Maintain necessary tools and arrange boxes if there is a shortage of quantity.

Handle courier, airport, HD, and international items by placing print slips correctly.

Verification & Quality Control

Double Check (Pre-Closing): Mandatorily double-check items, covers, conditions, and boxes before closing.

Packing Report Verification: Proceed with final verification from logistics after thorough checks on item placement, covers, conditions, and box status, and take action if any mismatches are found. Confirm reports accordingly.

Team Collaboration & Communication

Maintain proper and proactive communication with sales executives regarding stock, pending clearances, and order statuses.

Coordinate effectively with team members across all packing and warehouse functions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
