- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

- Verify dispatch orders, sales orders, invoices, packing lists, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents before dispatch.

- Ensure all dispatched products comply with GMP, GDP, and company quality standards.

- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Sales departments for dispatch readiness.

- Ensure proper packing, labeling, palletization, and loading of pharmaceutical products as per SOPs.

- Monitor Finished Goods inventory and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices.

- Verify batch numbers, manufacturing dates, expiry dates, and quantities before dispatch.

- Coordinate with transporters, logistics providers, and courier agencies for timely shipment.

- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers, distributors, hospitals, and stockists.

- Resolve dispatch-related issues, transportation delays, shortages, damages, and customer complaints.





- Maintain dispatch registers and records in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports and MIS.

- Ensure compliance with statutory documentation including GST invoices, e-way bills, and transportation regulations.

- Monitor loading and unloading activities while ensuring product safety.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the dispatch area.

- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

- Train and supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and warehouse personnel (for Supervisor role).

- Monitor transporter performance and optimize dispatch costs.

- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding packaging materials required for dispatch.

- Ensure proper documentation retention as per company and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
