Role Description: The Dispatch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This position oversees daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely allocation, scheduling, and routing of resources to meet service commitments and operational targets. The role involves supervising dispatch staff, monitoring workloads, resolving escalations, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Dispatch

Manager will track performance metrics, optimize processes, manage dispatch-related documentation, and collaborate with operations leadership to improve efficiency and service quality. The role also includes coordinating with customer service and technical teams to address issues,



ensure accurate information flow, and support a reliable, responsive dispatch function. Qualifications:

Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and support dispatch teams effectively.

Candidates should possess hands-on Dispatching experience, including scheduling, routing, and resource allocation.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to optimize workflows, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement.

Relevant experience in dispatch or operations roles within IT services, logistics, field services, or similar environments.

Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and manage time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.

Proficiency with dispatch or scheduling software and basic office productivity tools.

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred candidates: From Tool Steel, Alloy Steel, Heat Treatment, Tool & Die, Precision Machining, Forging, Cutting Tools, Machine Tool, or Automotive Component industries with experience in B2B industrial sales and strong relationships with manufacturing customers
